Sleep Apnea Patients

How Well Do You Sleep?

Here at Maryland Center for Orthodontics and Dental Sleep Medicine, we know the importance of a good night’s sleep, and how DANGEROUS Sleep-Disordered Breathing can be. In fact, Sleep Disordered Breathing is one of the most destructive and dangerous medical conditions that is least tested for, diagnosed and ultimately treated. We offer Initial Screenings, Comfortable At-Home Sleep Study Testing and Oral Appliance Treatment (if indicated by a Physician, and you cannot tolerate, or refuse to use, a CPAP machine). Our Oral Appliances for treatment of Sleep Apnea are not just made to an “average” position like most offices. We use advanced Acoustic Mapping & Imaging of your airway, similar to Sonar, to find where in your airway your problem areas lie. Then we custom select, measure and order your Oral Appliance based on your individual problem areas to MAXIMIZE your airway improvement and benefit of treatment. If you snore, wake up unrefreshed, or feel tired throughout the day, contact us for information on how to start the screening process and get on the Road to Better Health!
